Yoshita Yuriko will star in a new movie entitled “Konzen Tokkyu.”  A photo of Yuriko in a wedding dress has been revealed and according to her, this is the first time that she experienced being in a wedding dress. The said film will be released in spring of 2011.

One of the most famous Japanese singers, Hikaru Utada will be releasing her Single-Collection Album 「Utada Hikaru SINGLE COLLECTION VOL.2」in Autumn. She also announced in her official blog that starting next year, she is going to take a break. She says after reflecting her life, she realized that her life was centered around as a singer since 15 and ever since then, she has stopped growing. She says that hopefully, by taking a break she’ll regain things that she missed. In other words, she is taking a break as a singer and concentrate on human activity (人間活動）. Unfortunately, she says that she does not know when she’ll come back as a singer. It could take from one year to five years for her to come back. However, she thinks that after growing, she will naturally want to sing again and return to the music scenes.
